Sometimes when I've had an erection for a while (morning wood, before sleep, etc.) I don't masturbate and just wait for it to go back down. When I do that, it will sometimes start to hurt in my penis. Is this normal? I've read about peyriones disease but I don't think I have that...I have a theory that it might just be the excess blood, but I don't know...
