Blue vein on top of penis...?

I have a blue vein that protrudes a little on the top of my penis next to the base. Is this normal?

It's a vein, if it wasn't there you might want to loose some weight. Veins are suppose to be very close to the surface of the skin and therefore visible due to the fact that they carry a very dark colored blood and, again, are close to the surface of the skin. There is no need to fret.

Veins are all over the body. Including the penis. It's completely normal to have vein/s on your penis

It's perfectly normal.

Quite frankly, I would be surprised if there's a male with no vein in his penis.

Only thing that varies on veins in penis is their visibility, size or location.
