What size jock strap?

I'm about to start going to a gym and was wondering if adult jockstraps were one size fits all. Also, can one wear them without a cup and it be used as support? I need something for support but I don't want to use restrictor shorts. Any advice?

Jock straps work great you can find some good ones that do not have a cup @ [Sites Removed] hope that helped

I've already posted a similiar question, but I don't think I posted it clearly. My question is that I'm going to start a gym soon. Can a cup jockstrap minus the cup support you so things don't bounce? Also, will one size fit all? I'm seventeen, if that helps.

if you just don't want a bounce then you can do what i do and just get briefs they don't bounce at all.
