Penis size?

I'm worried and don't know if I'm an okay size or not. I'm two and a half inches soft, four and three fourths to five hard (depending on how I measure, I measure on the top, but depending on how I place the ruler on my pubic bone), and five and one eight inches around. I'm seventeen and a half. Is this an okay size to be for my age? I started puberty around thirteen. Please tell me.

You sound fine. As you're discovering, measurement is an inexact science, so whatever it is, it's OK.

The average age for an adult is 5-6 inches if I'm correct. Its perfectly normal. There are late bloomers, and early bloomers. I'm fourteen and I've got a seven incher so I don't expect growing anytime soon for me. :D
