Debate!!!

And which one do you have. If both just say so. You can list specifications if you want too.

Me, i have a 2.0ghz Mac 20" screen which sucks but IDC, I'm not much of a tech nerd.

Do you mean the actual PC or the operating system? If operating system, I personally prefer Linux, but I dual-boot with Windows for unsupported applications. If you mean the actual computer, I use a PC normally, and my laptop is just a netbook, so yeah. I highly prefer PC's since they aren't so darn overpriced, and I've had bad experiences with Apple products.

Oh, my specs for the PC are: (Just basic specs)

2.3 GHz AMD dual core AMD processor
4 GB DDR2 RAM @ 800 MHz
250 GB Hard drive space
10 year old monitor :P
Can't remember graphics card... but it's really not the best

I dont know about mine but I have a.....
Dell Latitude D610:
Programmed with Windows XP
And has a Intel Pentium M and have a LCD screen and it is the best laptop I have ever had its cheap and it does the job

There both good But i would go with a Windows XP becuase it gives better options and easier control.

I own a PC but I like both
It depends on what your wanting to do with it really..
I want a macbook pro for my next comp

It depends on what you use it for, Macs usually for music and video editing, Windows for everything else (gaming, & everyday use). I use windows

i have a monster computer XD triple core :cool: Pc are more likely to get viruses but the interface of Pc is better than Mac i think

I love the Mac interface, I modded my Windows to look and work like a Mac.

i love my new imac *hugs it as he types* XD
my imac is so much then both my desktops and laptops put together XD
and huge 24" screen. me very happy with my new mac XD

Ya, sorry if that is unclear. I mean like Windows operating system. Computers like Dell, Gateway, Hewlett Packard. Those computers verse Macintosh's.

Mac OS confuses me, but their hardware looks good but your paying a premium for them.

I voted PC as that's what I use the most. But I have Mac OS X installed on my desktop as a dual boot with Vista, it's not a bad OS but I always stick with windows.

Well myself i prefer the pcs cuase im more a person taht likes the things im working with to go were i want note tho i use xp not vista lol.

Macs are cool because they have some really neat programs, but to me its a computer that I might get just to do artsy stuff with. I like Windows better.

Gaming = PC
Design Stuff (Photoshop, Illustrator... etc.) = Mac

Ditto, my current PC is just as if not more capable then most Macs but the Mac O/S (Not in the know of what they're called and what is what) works great and very easy to pick up and use, from the experience I've had of Macs they are very reliable and haven't had issues.

PC is implying Windows. Hence the Microsoft commercials, "I'm a PC."


As for me, well, I'm a PC.

Microsoft PC. My mum and brother both own Apple Macbooks, and also my school's Music department has Macs, and although they're good, they're confusing to use because I'm not used to them.

For me, MS PC is basic and provides me all I need. But if I had to use a Mac, I would learn to use one.
