Flirting is something that comes naturally. Some are more gifted than others, but it is all about finding your strong points and exploiting them.
if you get random techniques things could go really badly.
So before anything else, try to figure it out by yourself.
What would you say to a girl that is flattering and not too try-hard.

Yeah, you just have to get the hang of flirting. Complimenting them in a teasing way is usually the best, depending on how you do it. If you do it randomly, then it doesn't work. But if you do it in a conversation, it works great. Don't be tense either, laughing always helps when you're flirting.
