Keep in mind that a circumcision is so much more than just the procedure as you have to go for consultations, possibly get a referral to a specialist, and have to deal with a hospital/one day surgery center. Basically, you need to do the following:

1) Find out whether or not you have insurance.
2) Talk to your doctor about a circumcision and figure out how the process works.
3) Call your insurance provider and figure out your deductible for surgeries. For example, some insurance plans only cover 80% of costs.

Circumcisions are not like an ear piercing, and there is a lot of work that goes into it especially for an older person. Your issue will take a couple of visits to the doctor.

I believe there is some sort of clamp around the wound where the foreskin used to be, but you should ideally consult with a doctor about that.
