You raise a very good question, and to be honest, it is a hard answer to find. I agree with the poster above that one most likely has to be 18 to actually buy pornographic magazines, and I think in most States they are located behind the counter requiring you to prove your identity to a clerk. The reality is that many boys have pornography magazines of some sort, and despite it being technically illegal for them to have it there is no way such a law can be enforced. Beware of digital porn as that can contain malware and viruses and covert tracking software which can really damage one's machine.

I guess the most I can say without breaking the rules is that there are plenty of places where one can view visually pleasing images without having to turn to porn, such as a regular magazine, and which should satisfy your needs.

Always practice positive sexuality, and recognize that porn is an exaggerated presentation of sex that almost never actually occurs in reality.

Agreed, porn is a luxery to the user. but not a nessecitie, porn will almost always never be true. such as porn sites link to 'reality' these are usually just missionary posistions / normal sex. thre are plenty of non-malware / virus sites to view porn but i am unable to tell you them. your dad might have a magazine such as FHM or something, with a naked poster in, try and pinch that while hes out and use that. that will stop susicion.
