I'm 13and 3/4 years old and I'm wondering about something

I want to know if it's natural to watch porn videos. I know it might sound weird, but all I ever thought about for the last year and a half is SEX!!! Well, anyways, is it natural?

I had posted in a thread somewhat similiar to yours, and what I had written there might be of use to you here. I would add that having sexual feelings is normal, and don't think there is something wrong with you for having them. You are getting new feelings which you are only beginning to understand, and it takes time to learn to control them. Sexual feelings is a beautiful thing as long as you practice positive sexuality and are responsible with your body. Basically, it is during this time you should talk openly about your new feelings to someone responsible like your Father or older sibling so that you can put your feelings into context.

Below was my response to the thread I had mentioned earlier:

Looking at porn is a personal moral decision that entirely depends upon your upbringing, religious beliefs, and/or views on sexuality. With your being 13 sexual things probably feel very adult to you at this point, and you probably feel like you are eating the "forbidden fruit." It was probably not too long ago that sex was probably the last thing of which you would have thought, but now the pornographic images suddenly seem interesting. My view is that porn is not necessarily bad as long as you completely understand that what you are viewing is a very exaggerated view of sex and that you would never expect a future sexual partner to perform the acts portrayed in porn. Basically, don't use porn as a gauge of reality of what sex really is like. If you are simply admiring the human body, then porn has no shortage of folks who show off their flesh. However, if you start to get a dependence upon porn to the point where you cannot express yourself sexually without it, then you might want to cut down on porn usage. Again, as long as the porn you are using is not anything illegal like child porn or anything really harsh such as porn involving folks who are forced into performing sex acts, then it is not necessarily bad.

On a personal level, I just could never get into porn as it seemed really empty and contrived which did not seem appealing. However, my view is what it is: one perspective on an issue that has no one answer.

On a more practical level, if you access porn digitially, then be very careful on what websites you peruse. Many porn websites silently and covertly install tracking software onto your computer that compromises you security. Especially if your computer is one that is used by the whole family and is used by your parents to conduct financial transactions, then you really should never view porn on such a machine for the safety of your family's personal information. All it takes is for one spyware programme to get your parents' social security numbers to steal their identities and cause your family a ton of problems. Make sure that you have good anti virus and anti spyware programmes so that you can prevent most security breaches. Also, try to stick to reputable websites and avoid those whose authenticity might not be safe.

Excellent post.
I'll add though that it's technically illegal, although rarely enforced, unless you watch child porn, etc.

Yes it's natural... and normal, well, it is illegal to watch it unless you're 18, but like Shattered said, unless it's child porn nobody really worries.

Very natural. Puberty entices teens to stimulate themselves(masturbate) while watching porn. That's the thing about puberty; sex is sometimes on everyone's minds. That's why they have programs like SHARE or a good Sexual Education Program.

Teaches you about safe sex and how to control sexual urges.

As for the porn, it is entirely natural. Pornography is just another way to think about sex without actually doing it.

Even though it is illegal in the US and I guess other places, teens still do it on sites online. But be careful; some sites can leave the Trojan virus or some more harmful viruses.

Its normal overall!
