Where am I at?

Ok, so I used to think I was ahead of everyone pubertywise...
However, while changing in gym there are some guys with elephant dicks,
And insanely hairy legs. Now, I'm 14 and I have tons of pubes and shave and am relatively hairy in general... Why am I so behind when I used to be ahead?

Development. And difference in body genetics. When going through puberty, people who used to be smaller than others can suddenly be just as tall if not taller than their peers. This happens and is completely normal.

So don't worry about it, we are all different, and we can't all have the best things in life. No one's perfect.

well those guys might be developing faster, but however they'll probably finish earlier than you, and also they might've been older than you too. but everyone is different anyway so really it doesn't matter.

I was like that, at 12/13 I had a bunch of leg hair and stuff but now everyone has the same/more than me.

It sounds like penis development is one of the last stages of puberty for you and since your only 14 and puberty lasts until your early 20's you've got a fair bit of time for development to happen.

Just have to wait thats the annoying part!
