pain in the back of my legs

well everyonce in awhile i get these pains all across the muscle in my legs



it's really atarting to get to me





what is this?

A tad bit more info could be useful.
Because right now, it could be anything from muscle spasms caused by localized infection, to muscular hematoma (More commonly known as a 'dead leg' or 'charley horse'.)

it's just this really really tence thing

honestly, with what you said, it sounds most like just leg cramps.

have you tried rubbing your legs when it happens?

Maybe some gentle exercise could help? Not with getting rid of it. But with making sure you don't get it again.

I have no idea what it could be, it might be best to either by some pain relief cream or just see your doc and see what they say.
