Help!! coders/hackers needed

Y'all there is a program that schools use to block Internet or the whole computer.
There only to ways I know how to get rid of the eye (block the whole computer) shut off the computer by pressing the power button or unplug the network cable but the only problem is that when you unplug the network cable you have no more Internet what I want is a program/script that turns off the vision client that dosent delete the program but only disables it and dosent block the Internet the program dosent have to look pretty and it dosent matter if you have to use cmd I need to be able to take it on a flash drive and use on a flash drive and .....it needs to WORK!!!!! I'm not sure thats very legal. You could get in VERY BIG trouble for hacking a school owned computer. I wouldn't do it if I were you.

BTW if you use periods it will be a thousand times easier to read the topic.

I could do it, not too complex, but I'm not creating hacks for another's possible illegal gains.
