IF you are the sort of cutter that does it on a regular basis, (although it is not good) you could think of doing this.
For a month each year, randomly selected, and you try to make yourself not cut at all for that month. THerefore you can think of yourself as having more controll over yourself and therefore you will feel better and also you might be able to stop all together :)
