I know what you mean about the tingling and shaking feeling, and my guess is that you had an orgasm of some sort. When I first started masturbating I could not ejaculate at first, and I would have dry orgasms pretty much the same as what you described above. Basically, you are getting one step closer to becoming sexually mature, and your feelings in your penis is normal especially if you are really aroused.
