I've heard that colored people have a bigger penis size than whites, and whites have a bigger penis than asians. Is this true?

I don't think there's any proof that any of those are true. Racial differences do have something to do with the genetics of you, but you can't say that ALL coloured people have bigger penis' than white people.

These are only averages though.. so some white people are bigger than black people and some white people are smaller than asain people ect..

Well, really it's all the same size. it's just percentage of how many have larger ones that count. Not all black people have larger ones, I think it's just a larger percentage. But yeah no true study has prooven either sides.
