Okay everyone spanky is back!! (got in a lot of trouble at school a little juvy time ect.)

well really just one simple one.. Why do my balls itch so bad????? well my "sack" does... i wash down there and everything but it like comes and goes

Well, scrotal issues are easier to address, anyway! Math time! Heat=sweat=itching. shower in the AM, and put a little corn starch powder there and it should minimize if not stop it.
If it continues, get's red, or begins to smell, you;d have a fungal infection. More math! Heat+sweat=fungus! Then, you'd need an OTC anti fungal cream, like Tinactin. But try the corn starch first.

You should be fine unless you have crabs. Balls just naturally itch and you could be growing more hair on your scrotum too :P

If you observe most guys they all scratch their balls through out the day.

Ahhhh......spray paint! Causes far more problems than itchy balls.
