Wavey, the very fact that you mentioned the soda drinking habits and not just the pain means you don't think this is an STI either. Right?

Soda is acidic. It contains carbonic acid which is created during the carbonization process, as well as phosphoric acid. It's not crazy acidic, not at all, but it's still not good for you to be drinking a ton of it. Maybe all that acid in your stomach is contributing to the pain you feel when you drink a lot. You said "drinking constantly". That tells me it's more than just a soda or two per day. Seriously, cut back. If not for the sake of pissing painlessly, then for your overall health.
