not sure if this is in the rite section but anyways u know how they sy that in puberty u sometimes get puffy nipples or gynecomastia however u spell it well im 15 and a half and i've had it since i was bout late 12 ish and people say it wil disapear i mean its not that bad it only sticks a bit but shud i consider surgery or shud i still wait a while to see if it goes away

just wait to see because surgery will mess you up in later life during you're growing stages. i'd leave it until you're feeling the end of puberty then mention this to you're GP or doctors.
This will go down, dont fret about it at the moment ;)

Just relax and wait until puberty is over because they should go away after puberty. They're cause because of hormonal fluctuations during puberty, mainly the hormone estrogen.
If you really don't like the look of them right now, there's not much you can do unless you might be a little chubby which can contribute to them being a little bigger from the extra fat. You could try losing some weight by doing aerobics like jogging or biking and working out your upper body to reduce the appearance of them.
