If you already had a disease like HIV how can you get it again? Odds are that if you dont have a STD/STI and you masturbate and the sperm gets in the cut. Nothing will happen, your fine friend.

Even if your sperm did get in your cut and you had HIV... you cant infect yourself if you already have hiv, So there is no danger in doing this

Once you become infected then the disease is in the semen it doesnt start out there it infects there and spreads.

Ah, maybe I wasn't clear, Adam, but if an uninfected person has a cut on themselves and gets's their own semen on it, nothing bad can happen. I was responding to this OP's situation, not a generalization. But you are technically correct, and I was a bit unclear! Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

To contract an STI, you have to be exposed to an infected person. If that person IS infected, then you are absolutely correct, contact with their semen and your bodily fluid can result in STI infection!

You can only get an STD if the bodily fluid is infected with it. However, if you already have it, there isn't much to worry about, as you can't give it to yourself again ;). If it is somebody elses, then you will only get an STD if they have it. STDs don't "Just happen" on pot luck
