Im a 15 year old guy and I have the normal hair growth u know under the arms,on the legs, below the bellybutton...... I was wondering how I could show it to my parents because im tired of hiding it.And I cant just like go swimming and let them see it that would be way to akward.im not ashamed of it. I never was open about it to my parents like when it first started i didnt like brag that i had a new armpit hair or anything now I have a lot of it and I don't know how to break the news to them.

why do you feel the need to show your parents... they once grew up, they know all about puberty, and they probally already know that you have hair on your body. Im barely talk to my family and they know that i have hair. a good way to do it is just walk around with your shirt off and they will see your armpit hair, and will figure that you also have other hair as well

I wouldn't make a point of showing them, its just normal. Its nothing to hide whether you're at home or out swimming or anywhere. Just don't be embarassed about it & act normal.

I don't know how it can interfere with what you do, but if it you are having a problem with it, you can always shave it off. But if you are embarrassed in front of friends when you are swimming... they will go through it eventually, or already are going through what you are.
And i am also 15, and i have all the hair that you said you do, and i really don't see how it gets in the way

Wait... You want to show them, but you can't because you don't want them to see when you go swimming?
There's no need to tell them formally. I'm not sure why you think that'd be less awkward, especially since they already know for one, and for two, just going about your regular activity... They won't even say anything about it. If you show them and say "Look I have hair growing"... That will be awkward, because it will be a huge deal.
Just go swimming, or take off your shirt, etc. next time you have the opportunity and you want to.

If you want your parents to see that you have hair in the places you are talking about wear gym short and no shirt around the house. I am sure that your parents have noticed. You might be prepared for them to not even say a thing about it, because really it is not a big deal to parents unless you are always going around your house with out a shirt on and you just recently got the hair in these places.

To be frank, you really don't need to worry about your parents' reaction to your hair as they are most likely expecting you to have it. However, if your issue is that you are afraid your parents will start making comment about your development thus making you feel embarrassed, then that is a different story. If your parents start talking about your body, then just tell them that you feel awkward with them doing so and that it is making you feel self-conscious. If your relationship with your parents is not that open, then just say that you have not noticed the changes and try to change the subject. Of course, you can turn the tables and mention your parents' grey hairs or additional weight they have added to their frame! Basically, don't fret about their reaction as if your parents do notice you hair it is just that they are feelign nostalgic for when you were a little boy and that they are probably feeling old now that you are growing. Just reassure your parents that they are still needed, and they will back off if they talk about your development. As the others have said, there is not way that they could expect you to be hairless at this point especially if your Father and/or brothers are hairy.

I know how you feel. Just dont think about it and go swimming for example. If they start talking about it just say yes I have it, like it doesnt bother you. Most probably they wont even mention it.
