It's true. For the sake of trivia however, I figure you can get a girl pregnant with pre-mature sperm. And yes, 1 sperm cell gets a girl pregnant. The first one that makes it makes the egg pregnant though.

Each drop usually has billions of sperm cells in it, one drop of sperm isn't just one sperm cell you know =P...
