when erect my penis goes up straght, then bends a bit to the left.

and the tube which i think is supposed to be on the under side of my penis is also a bit to the left.

Don't worry about it, it's very common for penises to bend. Most guys will have a bend or some form of curve. You are not the only one

it's totally normal. my penis curves up a bit. i don't think that many guys have totally straight penises.

there is no "perfect" penis... some bend some dont. and you are not retarted at all, it is a comepleatly normal thing for a penis to be a bit curved

Alot of mens' penises bend, whether it's right, left, up, or down. Some bend a little, some bend alot. Some even bend two ways. (Mine goes down a little and very little to the left).

Yes it is normal for you to have a curve in your penis. Actually, all penises have a curve because the only way you can say you have a curve in your penis is by comparing it to a "normal" penis, but how do you know what a normal penis looks like?

As the others have said, having a curvature to your penis is quite normal, and many guys have a slight curve of some sort. Logically speaking, the vagina (or anal cavity if you are not hetrosexual) are not perfectly straight, and having a penis with a slight curve will enable it to navigate through such tight places. Short of your having an extreme curve which prevents you from having normal urinary and sexual functions you are quite fine.
