Well, for some reason, I always wake up with an erection, but I don't remember having any dreams that would give me that.. Is it just part of waking up, like stretching or getting blood flowing? Does this happen to anyone else?

Yep, happens to most guys. Perfectly common, it's just part of waking up and it'll go down once you get up. It doesnt have anything to do with dreams, but I think it's something to do with sleeping.
