two great questions!

Okay, first off, as I know, sex only hurts the girl a lot on her first time if she has never masturbated or broken her hymen, so ya. Otherwise, It really only hurts if you push the limits and do like extreme stuff, or one of you is slightly hurt, sore, or blistered.

Secondly, you have to be 16 to legally have sex i believe, but no one really follows that rule nowadays, but you'll know when you're ready. You'll feel it, and you'll just know don't worry, you're only 14, so you probably shouldn't be having sex anyway.

Sex doesn't usually hurt for the guy (unless anal sex), but it often hurts the girl her first time. If she's never masturbated, her hymen will break during sex, which can be quite painful.

And you should know when you are ready. If you have any doubts, or you need to ask, you probably aren't ready. Sex is a great thing to share between two people who love each other. Besides, an hour or less of pleasure for possible life long diseases/baby? Not a really good choice unless you are willing for the baby, and sure neither has diseases.
And I'll add the age of consent is 16, 17, or 18 in different states in the US. Sex with anyone under (even if both are under) is illegal.

sex can hurt if your penis's head is sensitive or for the girl it can hurt for obvious reason and also your ready when u think you are.

Wait! Sex doesn't hurt, unless it's done improperly (roughly, aggressively, insensitively), or if it's done without proper excitement (which produces natural lubrication). And of course, if it's forced. Also, if the girl is very young she might be too small for comfortable intercourse, if she's very nervous those muscles can tighten preventing easy insertion. But walking funny?

Sex is about physical maturity, which is easy to recognize (and feel!), but it's also about emotional maturty as well. Sex is very powerful, it stirs a lot of emotions, and you have to be prepared for that. Unfortunately, the mind develops later and more slowly than the body, so eventhough the genitals might signal 'yes!', the brain might not quite be there.

There are a lot of reasons to have sex, and a lot of types of sex, but if you're asking when you're ready for great sex, then you know when you are ready b/c you're in a long term committed relationship with someone who you can easily express the emotional side of the relationship with, and think about it in those terms as well.

If you have sex with a girl its not going to hurt you, no ones dick is that sensitive, unless of course you're a real jerk and dont bother with any foreplay so shes not ready for you.

The "walk differently" thing must be some kind of joke or wind up. Even if you're gay and talking about taking it where the sun dont shine there's no truth in that.

If you have to ask how to know when you're ready then you're not ready, sorry.

Question #1)

As for sex hurting, I agree with the others that it generally is not painful for a guy unless you are talking about having anal sex for the first time. It can be painful for the girl for her first couple of times which is why it is critical that with either vaginal or anal sex that plenty of lube is used and that you both go slow.

Question #2)

This is a hard question to answer as it really varies according to everyone. My view is that a big part of the answer to this question is financial. What I mean is that if you are not old enough to pay for your own condoms, birth control, STD tests, and/or STD treatment, then you are not old enough for sex. The reality is that it is unfair to make your parents pay for those things as your parents are only obligated to pay for your essential needs and not optional things like sex. If you cannot pay for things related to sex, then you are too young to have sex.

You also need to look at the bigger picture of sex. Men and women view sex differently with guys being more into the physical side of it whereas women tend to look more for the emotional side of sex. A person who is ready for sex will be able to balance the physical and emotional needs of sexual activity. If you do not understand the emotional aspect of sex and are not prepared to deal with the mental aspect of it, then you are too young to have sex.

Another factor you need to consider about whether or not you are ready for sex is if you and your partner know where to go if something unexpected happens. For example, if you are heterosexual, then you and your partner should know where to get access to Emergency Contraception if your primary birth control method (condoms) fail. Also, in the event that either you or your partner have an issue in your genital regions that may not be STD related, then you both need to be able to seek medical attention. If you would feel uncomfortable approaching a doctor for STD or sexual related problems due to parental disapproval, then you are too young for sex.

Also, another big thing about which you need to consider about sex (if you are heterosexual) is how to handle the issue of pregnancy if the worst case should happen. For example, if you are open to abortion to terminate a pregnancy, then you need to make sure your partner believes the same. The same can work in reverse. Also, you and your partner need to be able to be on the same page if you both decide to keep the kid as to whether you both would raise it or give it up for adoption. Basically, if you cannot have such a conversation with your partner, then you are too young for sex.

Finally, whether you are heterosexual or homosexual a big part of sexual activity is ensuring that your partner is free of STDs. Especially if one or both of you are not virgins, then you both need to be tested to ensure that you both don't have anything that you can spread to each other. If you cannot get access to STD tests due to fear of what your parents will think, then you are too young for sex.

If the Girl is on top and is too rough on the Guy, she can break the penis.

People that are not cercomsized can usually feel pain, maybe all the time or just the first time or two.

And it will hurt the Girl to bust her hymen, always will 'till it is busted.

Actually it's quite impossible to 'break a penis' as there is no bone involved.

People who aren't circumcised actually don't feel pain as far as I know. I would actually guess that they feel less pain than circumcised people, since they have extra sliding lubrication of the skin.
