I can't make it longer. The original file is already longer than the maximum width allowed by VT signatures (400px). I corrected the sizes and resaved the image which reduced the file to nearly 50% of it's original file size. The reason you're losing transparency when uploading is because VT will automatically try to compress your file upon upload to make it as small as possible (especially if your file size is unusually large). Unfortunately, in compression, the first thing to go is transparency. Try this new image;
