Good question!

Okay, so, as you develop during puberty, your body begins to create semen (cum). When fully developed, cum is thick and white. At first though, it is a thin, translucent liquid that kinda drips out of your penis. This is called pre-cum. At first it is the beginning stages of semen, and when you're near or fully developed it acts as somewhat of a lubricant. PM me if you have anymore questions about it.

As said above, pre-cum is when you cum a small amount, but you can't feel it like you can when you cum. It's basically a lubricant made to make things...a little easier and more pleasurable. You usually start to pre-cum before your body is capable of cumming.

And just for the added note, you can, I repeat, CAN!!! get a girl pregnant through pre-cum. So if you plan on having sex without a condem, don't think pulling out befroe you cum will prevent pregnancy.

Precum is the natural lubrication fluids [semen without (or very little) sperm] that comes out when initially aroused.

It is quite different however, than the semen that comes at climax- the semen that comes right at ejaculation seems to be pre cum for people in the first stages of puberty, but it's actually undeveloped ejaculatory semen (usually)
