Some grow a lot and some only grow a little.

To clear a little up here, yes it's totally normal, but I think i know why you're worrying.
There are two types of penises: growers, ones that get a lot bigger when erect, and shower (not as in wet clean yourself up showers, more like show-ers) which only get a little bigger and harder when erect. You may have seen someone else's penis which was a shower, causing you to worry.

I'm like that as well and so are a lot of people.

Usually people with rather large penis's soft for example if a guy is 5 inches erect he won't probably go up in size as much as a person with a 3" penis does (like me).
