honestly dont know, i have never shaved there, they say the more u shave the faster they come back

^^ya i herd that to my bud shaved a bit off the top and he siad they gre bak pritty fast

and the reason why they icth isent it cuz they become ingrown hairs??this wat i herd not 100% :$
