Although it's rough that you're taking things so hard it's good you see the fix: Talking to someone. The question now is how to get to that person.
Can you tell your folks what is going on for you? Maybe a guidance counselor or other trusted adult? Any of them can be a source of understanding and a resource for you to help get you to someone who can help you understand these issues and make you feel better.
Until then, reconsider what youre doing on social networking sites like MySpace and facebook, as you see the feeligs they stir up can be very powerful, and until you can manage them, it might be best to avoid them entirely.

Im always feeling guilty its keeping me from eating a real meal all i have eaten today was a salad
i feel so fat ugly and no good i need to talk to someone i know i do i almost caved today im sinking i cant feel anything again all i want to do is cry my heart is broken cause the guy i added to myspace is a jerk i found out
im just sick of life i dont want to go on anymore :(
D:
If you're having problems like this, just talk to me more! I know I'm not online as much, but... If it helps, I looked at your profile pictures a while back... I've always thought you were pretty. XD And about the MySpace guy... Well, this world is full of arseholes. I wouldn't feel sad. If anything, you should be pissed because he wasted your time only for you to figure out that his looks weren't as promising as they seemed... =/
And I'm guilty of losing faith in this myself, but here's my advice to you... For every tunnel in life, there's a light at the end. We may trip and fall along the way. We may get thirsty and hungry and tired along the way. It's at these times that we want to give up. But we have to press forward. The light is never as far as it seems. =)

Relax... All that you are going through right now is normal. I guess nobody here is exempted from suffering, from hardships. The situation is just one way of making you a stronger and better person. You'll get over it, I'm sure....
