I believe not. I believe that would probably be 3rd base. Not going to give a detailed explanation, but basically:
First base=kissing and cuddling
Second base=making out/"playing"
Third base=Blow job/fingering/etc.
Home Base=any form of losing your virginity basically.

When I talk about "bases" i refer to the layers of clothing... first base is on top of all layers, 2nd base is under the first layer but above the underwear and 3rd base is on the bear skin.. and, of coarse, home would be losing the virginity...
