Think about it, if you already had a disease...how would you be able to give it to yourself AGAIN? Just like you can't give yourself STDs because, YOU WOULD ALREADY HAVE THEM EITHER WAY. So basically, no you can't yourself any diseases.

Unless your genitals were carrying a infection that wasn't appearing in a different region. Then you put your mouth on it, thus spreading something to your mouth from your penis. I suppose it could. But diseases? no.

I think that if you had genital herpes and you sucked your own penis, it could spread to your mouth, but other than that, the only bad thing would be back pain.

STDs don't just appear when you have sex- they are already in your body.

You cannot just "get a disease" by sucking your own penis. You can, however, spread a disease from your mouth to your penis, or from your penis to your mouth. If you want to find out if you have any diseases, then go to a doctor. But most likely you wont if you haven't had sex or haven't french kissed someone.
