Well, to give a little more detailed explanation:

During puberty, your body develops semen. At first, it is a thinner, translucent liquid that kinda drips out of your penis. As you develop, the semen gets thicker and less translucent, becoming an almost pure white cream like substance. When you're almost fully developed, both of these types of semen occur during ejaculation. The thinner, translucent liquid, AKA pre-cum, somewhat naturally lubes your penis before you fully ejaculate the more developed semen. You're probably right in the middle of this transition, resulting in mixed but not full types of ejaculate.

My understanding is that pre-cum sort of dribbles out while you are masturbating, before you get to the end, and not everybody gets it.
Regular cum comes all at once at the end when you orgasm.
Pre-cum is clear, but cum can be anything from clear to white.
At least that's the way mine is.
