Getting hard is getting an erection.
I think you mean you don't ejaculate (cum, shoot, squirt).
If you get that great feeling at the end , like the best feeling you ever had, then you're having an orgasm but your body isnt making semen yet, and you just have to give it time.
If you're not getting that whiz, bang feeling at the end, then you're not going long enough. Keep going until it knocks you off your feet.
