Your body produces the right amount of testosterone without anything, so just go about your life and donlt worry about it, and NEVER take anything to 'enhance' testosterone. Your testicles will turn into raisins.

Your work out sounds fine, I'd rec starting with ten, start slowly and add a little each week. Muscle takes some time to build, so you won't see much change for a while, so don't get discouraged.

The 'beer belly' will go away as you continue to work those abs (sit ups are great, btw). Find a healthy diet by looking online and following a sensible, approved diet, typically rich in fresh fruits and veggies, low at meat, like chix and fish, low fats, low salt, low sugar.

Ill type up two of the workout routines in my bowflex manual. They're pretty well rounded.

20 Minute Better Body Workout

Frequency: 3 days per week (M-W-F) Time: 20minutes

All of these are 1-2 sets of 10-15 reps.

Bench Press
Seated Lat Row
Standing Lateral Shoulder Raise
Standing Biceps Curl
Lying Triceps Extension
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Seated Calf Raise
Low Back Extension
Resisted Abdominal Crunch

Advanced General Conditioning

Frequency: 4 days per week (M-T-Th-F) Time: 35-45min

All of these are 1-3 sets of 10-12 reps

Day 1 & 3

Bench Press
Seated Shoulder Press
Seated Triceps Extension
French Press
Leg Press
Leg Curl
Seated Calf Raise

Day 2 & 4

Seated Lat Row
Narrow Pulldowns
Rear Deltoid Rows
Standing Biceps Curl
Reverse Grip Barbell Curls
Low Back Extension
Resisted Abdominal Crunch
Reverse Crunch

I think some of those moves may be bowflex specific, but you can look them up and find an equivalent move that you can do at the gym.

For your abs you need to do a lot of cardio to burn the fat. A lot of the time people have enough ab muscle to have a six pack etc but its simply covered up by the fat.

Just do about 5 - 10 more (pushups ect) after you feel the burn

I would advise on doing squats and dead lifts as they can sometimes increase growth hormone in your body which can be just as effective as testosterone

My doctor told me that in order to loose belly fat you have to do at LEAST 60 min of cardio 5 times a week. Just to let you know =D
