Vaseline and baby oil are fine, as they are natural, and do not irritate, safer than and creams or lotions. They also have the added benefit of moisturizing your skin and keeping it soft and moist!

Vaseline is a good lube it is quite messy to clean up though because it it a oil based material.

Where as most lotions are absorbed into the skin. Both will make your skin smother feeling though.

Yep, it will work fine.
Don't use it when using a condom during sex however- it will probably make the condom break. Use water based lubricants such as KY Jelly when having sex w/condom [which should be always :P].

whenever people talk about using a lube, they always metion vaseline. but vaseline is the worst lube i ever tried. it's sticky and it kind of hurt when i did it. i like real sex lube you can get in the store. my older friend gave me KY and astroglide. That stuff is awesome!

Baby oil is far easier than Vaseline (in my experience), because it is already fully liquid. Yes, oil lubes are hard to clean off, but they feel so much better and don't evaporate so you don't have to reapply.
