You guys ever notice that sometimes your ballsack is like inflated and big and sometimes its really saggy. I was wondering what that actually is. Is it related to puberty or some natural body thingy?

when your cold the scrotum will contract and bunch up to your body to kerep warm when its hot it will sag down to keep cool. all so that the temperature is righht for making sperm

it is just doing its own form of tempature control, it happens to everyone and is a natural body thing.

listen to this guy. it's all about making sperm. the balls need warmth to make sperm. when it gets cold, the scrotum pulls itself to the body to keep the balls warm. when it's hot though, the scrotum loosens up so it doesn't get too hot. ever notice that your scrotum is way loose after a hot shower? that's why.
