My voice doesn't just crack constantly. It will crack once and then my voice will either be high or low for like a whole day. It's been happening for about a year.

Is there something wrong?
I do sing about 4 hours a day (2 hours at school and 2 hours at voice lessons), could this be messing my voice up?

I would say its a mixture of puberty and maybe your singing, Or maybe just puberty

Puberty causes hormones in your body to unbalance which might be making your voice crack due to the imbalance.

it will certainly settle at some point.

There's not really anything you can do about this, its just a phase. Affects guys in different ways, so you've just got to take what comes. Many singing teachers like boys to take a complete break from singing when their voice is breaking, it is possible to damage the singing voice by over singing or by reaching for notes that aren't quite there. Its a shame to stop singing if you enjoy it though, so just be gentle with it.

Its probably just puberty. The cracking of voices may vary and change before staying permanent. And that's cool you sing. I am the lead vocalist for my band I have at my school. Singing is awesome! XD
