A lot of people lie on this site, and a lot of people come here and say bogus things because they think it's funny. So some people aren't telling the truth.
But, since sex is such a big part of our culture, a lot of teens have sex (handjob/blowjob etc) at an early age because they hear about it all the time and want to try it. Maybe there are a lot of people that have tried it before.

Besides, those people probably don't even like the people they got the hj/bj from...a lot of teen relationships are just phases.
