I couldn't even last 4 weeks I wish I had never cut and the thing that sucks the most is that when I do it I feel even worse and then I cut again... what's wrong with me

You are not a failure. It takes strength to start the process of recovery.
Slip ups like this are part of recovering. If you keep trying then you will find yourself able to go for longer without it.
Don't judge yourself too harshly for this slip up. You can pick yourself up and carry on trying to stop.
