Masturbating with tools isn't bad for you, or morally bad however something such as a highlighter is very risky. I'm not to sure what you mean be skeet. Like everyone else not sure what "skeet" is. If you mean semen/cum then you're only going to get in inside of you if you allow a boy to have unprotected sex with you. Thats basically how it happens.
