Following on from Sam's words, it could be you're not yet developped to have wet dreams or nocternal emisions but it is mixing with urine until it is developed enough.

Regular masterbation can help reduce this if it is becoming a problem, also try to urinate right after masterbation.

There SHOULDN'T be any cum in your pee at all. This wants checking out with a doctor. if thats what it is then it means there is something wrong, the fact that seminal fluid can be found in urine is a myth. If the urethra and all the muscles in the penis are functioning properly then you should be ejaculating all fluid there is in there....otherwise you are at high risk of urinary tract infections. Please get this checked out.

Let me repeat myself, this is normal.

It's normal for the body to give off a little semen and for it to pass with urine, it looks whitish as it mixes with H2O. It's normal for a little to ooze out, esp. when you're aroused. This has nothing to do with development or frequency of masturbation or wet dreams. It's the penis' way of cleaning itself out before the 'big event' (ejaculation).

This is all normal and no concern for alarm.
