I Saw him again today and my heart raced. He noticed me but then looked away becuz he knew i saw him. What shud i do? I wanna talk to him and i want him to talk to me. IMMMMMM SOOOOOOOOOO CCCCOOONNFFFFUUUSSSEEEEEDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well since he also looks at you, do you think that he might like you? and what i would recomend is start to talk to some of his friends, and then gradually find out what he likes, and start a conversation with him when you are physically close to him. and do you also think that he could be bi?

OK, OK, maybe not the call, but after a couple smiles and waves, when you get a little more confidence, try saying 'Hi!" to him. Do this, along with the smile and wave. Slowly build up to a convo. Don't rush, take your time.

People scare themselves, partly b/c they're so pumped up just seeing their sweetie, but also b/c they shoot for the moon, they feel they have to have this whole elaborate convo with them right away, while they're still bubbling over just seeing them. Take it slow, take small steps over a few days, and it becomes far more manageable, and possible!
