Not exaclt a dissorder, but I need to develop a habbit. I'm 11 stone now, and I was to lose atleast 2 stone. Any suggestions? Will running actually get this off? Don't say exercise, specify what I need to do.

Well any type of cardio workout will help. Also start drinking lots of water and don't eat any food after 6 PM at night. Make sure that you do eat 3 meals a day because if you stop eating your body will start strong any food you eat as fat. Eating a good breakfast is also important because it is the fuel that starts your metabolism for the day.

Running for at least 20 minutes a day will help. You will need to increase your running or cardio workout as your body get accustomed to your workouts.

I know how ya feel, I was the same. The key things to loose weight are exercise and a healthy diet and CONSISTENCY. People often say they are going to do things like eat better and get more exercise but they often give up after a few days.

To keep yourself fit, you need to do cv (cardio vascular) by this we mean getting your body active, e.g running or cycling.

Make sure you eat your 3 meals a day and get your nutrient supplements. Drink plenty of water. Exercise as often as you can but rest up for a day.

To answer your running question: YES any form of exercise will reduce your weight but you have to keep at it to loose the weight as exercise does not get rid of that weight imediatly.

well it would be healthy to eat a fruit before you go to sleep well thats what i do and im in pretty good shape
on-topic: also doing some ab crunches and push up are great to they'll turn give you some muscle then you can start swimming cause that create alot of muscle and youll get pretty strong arms.
