I have already asked my my mom about it and she did admit doing it and she did appolgise for doing it. apperantly she was stressed blah blah blah.
Oh and it would also be much appritiated if you could help me with my moms drinking problem because the whole familly is sick of it and she just wont stop she drinks untill 8pm to 4am and doesnt get up the following day untill 1pm:mad:.

To be honest, any health issues that her drinking and smoking could have caused you would have been identified 13-14 years ago.
I think it is safe to say that any future illnesses you have will be caused by other means.

If you had Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS), it'd be spotted very early on as kids with that physically look different as well as mentally are different. If you get future health problems, I wouldn't associate them with this. If no problems from it have occurred now, it's safe to say future health issues are caused by something else.

Well if was going to do something to you it will have happened by now.
Best thing to do is to tell her that you are worried about her problem and want her to seek help for your sake if not her own.

I'll admit, there are some disorders that occur at puberty or age 18, sometimes induced by meds/drugs, however, smoking and alcohol are not the drugs that cause this. So you're safe.

Well your chance of being a person who drinks or smokes increases.
And also, if you have noticed nothing by the time you are...21 then I would say you are fine. However, there are some kids severely affected so, when you have kids, be careful.

Well Jupiter is right.
As far the FAS, it would have shown up way before now.
Just be careful if you do drink because it can only take one drink and you can get hooked on it for life.
Good luck!!
You mentioned about getting your mom to stop drinking well have a talk with her and let her know that it really bothers you and you can see how it is harming her by drinking so much. Peer pressure sometimes works to get people to stop drinking talk to members of your family and see if they can talk to your mom too to get her to quit.

Alcohol is harmful for health so always try to avoid drinking.
Some people think BEER is not harmful but its also harmful for health.

If you haven't been diagnosed with FAS you are fine.
