Many of us were like you when we first started out masturbating, and your feelings are not unusual at all. The issue is not whether or not you cum on yourself but rather that in many societies sexuality is viewed as taboo and something that is not to be discussed. As a result, anything related to sex is viewed as "dirty" or "forbidden" which causes your feelings. As long as you are maintaining good hygiene by washing up after masturbating, then you are far from dirty, and you have nothing about which to worry.

I don't think it's dirty at all. From the very first time I did it, I thought it was the greatest thing I ever did. You must have learned that from parents or friends talking about it. Some parents would make their kids think its dirty to stop them from doing it.
Almost everybody does it. If you really don't like it because you really think it's dirty, then don't do it. Otherwise just do it anyway and as you get used to it, you might not think it's so dirty. I do it 3 times a day and I don't have any problem.
