ok so i do track... we have practice mon-thurs. i want to workout also like weightlift sculpt abs and etc... but you should only work out every other day right? i really want to do this but i don't think my body could handle it.
also does weight lifting really stunt growth?

First, no, weights don't stunt growth.

The 'every other day' rule pertains to the particular muscle group you're exercising. So, it;s Ok to run daily, and add upper body work outs. Running is lower body, you want mid/upper body. That's OK. Just go easy, start off slowly, and add weight gradually.

It can only stunt growth if Your obsessive over it like a champion weight lifter, thats why You never see any real tall 6 foot+ weight lifters.
