I can't trust anyone.
As soon as I trust someone and tell them something, all ym other friends will know. When I get irritated or angry with friends, I never tell them, instead I hurt myself. It isn't self harm like cutting, but I'll pull my hair, punch myself and scratch myself. What I want to know, is will this develop into more (what I think) dangerous methods of self harming, such as cutting, or will it remain as what it is?

There's a chance that either could happen. It's best for you to find a new way to cope now before you find out though.

Precisely. Itis idealthat you find a better way to cope then let this mode fester and grow. It is self control, but you can control it. Just be strong, resist, and channel that negative energy into something constructive

Hair pulling is a touch worrying.
All that you just said is self harm. It's not as serious as what some people do -- meaning it can't kill you or leave scars -- but it's still a problem.
It's VERY unlikely that it will stay how it is.
please, get out now before you get into the cycle

Exactly like mee, and then i started to use a razor.. But meh, I stopped because it hurt other people. Try not to do it, and find another way to cope with it. Crying is good, or just ignore it like I do. o.o

or just ignore it like I do. o.o
Yeah, no offense, but that's BAD ADVICE!!! Don't ignore it, or you'll end up developing this huge war inside of you that will just cause even more self harm and, most likely, suicide. Just find other ways to cope. I'm definitely not a runner, but I heard that helps. (No way you'll find me running in, like, a million years.)

as most of the other people on here have said, you should try to find a safer way of coping with your emotions (although that is often easier said than done)
here's a 'distraction list' for things you can replace SH with which are better for you in the long-run:

I remember when I first started to SH, and things did develop (the way I did it got worse as time progressed), so it would be better to catch this problem at the root before it develops into something worse.

By the way, ^that^ is definitely a good list of distractions. You've got some reading to do. lol.

There is a good chance that this could get worse. You should stop doing it while its not too difficult. I know this isn't a viable option for everyone and many refuse but it would likely help you resolve some of these feelings if you spoke to a therapist. If you need anything I am here.

;465680']Hair pulling is a touch worrying.
^^ Exactly that.
Plenty of people have started off just pulling tiny little strands of hair due to stress, then it develops and more hair gets pulled out and soon enough if it's not treated there is a possibility of having several bald patches on your head.
You don't want to go down that road.
What you have listed are forms of self-harm, but not to the extreme. If it's not treated fast enough then it's more than likely it COULD get extreme.
When I was 10 years old, I started off just picking my arms and over the years it got even worse and worse. Most people who start off doing "minor" things to themselves usually result in them moving onto lethal ways of harming themselves such as cutting with razorblades, knives and sharp objects all over their body, and leaving huge scars and marks that are a pain in the ass to hide them.
Hun, please get help before it's too late.
Hope you get through this.
