hey dude, first of all don't panic! it's possible you may have a 'varicocele'. it's really common during puberty, it occurs when the blood that travels through the veins in the testies somtimes doesn't flow properly and then become swollen. I have the same thing, it's like there are 10 power cords running through my testies when i feel them, and on occasions, sometimes it can be quite painful if i have knocked them. it generally occurs on the left side and is not life threatening. look up the name 'varicocele'. good luck and check back in when you find out :)

Whoa.
Okay, first calm down! :)
Youre gonna be fine.
Umm, testicular cancer, it has to have a mass ON the testicle. So if you are saying that there is...
basically another testicle that has a cord that goes into you, then its not testicular cancer.
However, polyorchdism is rare. If you are sure that you have another testicle, and it is not your epididimis, or anything else, then just tell your mom/dad that there is something wrong with you and you want to go to the doctor. YOu dont have to go into too much detail, just tell them that your testicles feel weird or wahtever and they should take you.
Good luck

This is probebly NOT cancer. the cord you are on about is a bag or 'cord' that stores semen when not in use. this cn bulge up when alot of semen is ready to be ejaculated. no worries but if its concernig you, get it checked out

glad ur still not fr34king out.. it's most likely bulging because of the restricted blood flow causing the veins to swell up and come to the surface

OK well no-one can diagnose you with something like this over the internet. You need to see a doc. Any kind of testicular lump has the potential to be bad..even if it is nothing but a little harmless swelling in the end.
There is no harm in being cautious and getting yourself checked over. The problem with "not panicking" is that people often miss things that are wrong with them and dismiss them as somehting harmless. Now I am not trying to make anyone fear for their lives here...but lumps could be bad and its better to remove that risk, not only for peace of mind, but to ensure you good health.
In reference to your post aid821 having a varicocele is mostly harmless, but can also cause infertility in a few cases, so I would discuss this with your doctor...and you shouldn't go telling people it is completely harmless as this is inaccurate.
I would also like to point out to the OP that something like Polyorchidism is so rare and medically complicated that you shouldn't come to somewhere like this for information about it. Too many people will try to jump in and give you false information to make them feel good about themselves and increase their egos. I feel that anything medical should be checked with a doctor not with a bunch of mostly unknowledgable teens, but something like this is a MUST to see the doctor.
