Feeling awful. Sick to my stomach.

Got to leave for my counselling session soon and I don't want to go because she doesn't know how to respond when I'm talking about the difficulties my SA has caused.

Will someone please talk with me when I get back?

I don't know how to deal with this.

Counselling was a waste of time. I was completely unable to talk to her about any of it and she didn't give me the chance to get my thoughts in order. As a result, we talked about minor disputes I've had recently and come to the conclusion that I need to be more assertive.

I'm hoping to get a different counsellor soon though...

I hope so.

All I know is that I can't go on like this indefinitely. I've tried to join forums specifically for people who have gone through SA but found them to be too triggering to get any benefit from them. My relationship with my boyfriend is strained because of the after effects.
I'm amazed that he is still bearing with me tbh!

Right now my CPU is broke and I'm in another city.. But I'll be back home soon and then I can go get my computer back from the shop
