ok my dad smokes and i heard that second hand smoke causes puberty delay? is this true? i am 15 and i have no facial arm leg or under arm hair. i have some pubic hair but very little. my penis is also about 3 inches hard and 1 soft:(

It's a wise idea to convince your dad to quit, for his sake and yours.

This is true to an extent.
Technically, second hand smoke affects developments, however, the effects are so low, as far as puberty goes, that you probably won't notice.
However it does have other effects, especially respiratory, so encourage him to smoke outside of the home.

Agreed for the most part. I don't think it changes much about puberty, although I have heard it stunts growth. It could be a rumor, I don't have medical facts, but either way, convincing him to stop smoking [or at least convince him to go outside] is to both of your benefit.

Not much hairs and Your 3" hard? Thats alright, Your just developing late, quite late but everybody is differnt!

Like for instance, I'm 14 (15 in 4 months) and I My penis when its hard is 5.3" and something small when its soft (varies), I got quite a few under arm hairs, nothing bushy but its pritty straight and also quite a bit of pubes...until I trimmed it the other night hehe.
